Keceriaan saat raker LHI 2014

Keceriaan disaat rapat Kerja UPT BPPH 2014 di salah satu hotel di Batu Malang. Raker ini merupakan raker terakhir di hotel yang untuk selanjutnya sudah tidak diizinkan lagi raker diluar kantor. Keceriaan dan kebersamaan terjadi. Tua muda berbaur jadi satu dalam satu tekad memajukan program-program LHI. Dua hari diisi dengan pemaparan program kedepan. Tanpa mengenal lelah dan kantuk semua semangat dalam kebersamaan memajukan LHI. Jam-jam terakhir diisi acara senam bersama sebagai cermin kebahagiaan masa kecil yang hilang. semua turun kelapangan berjoget dan senam bareng dengan permainan yang lucu dan menyehatkan. KAPAN SUASANA INI TERULANG LAGI?.

Joget Senam Heboh LHI 2014

Kreasi baru namanya joget SENAM HEBOH. Kalaupun tidak mau dikatakan joget inilah senam terheboh didunia yang pernah terjadi diabad ini. Tua muda rame-rame menyatu dalam gerakan yang sama. sesekali tidak beraturan, tetapi tidak mengapa. Iringan lagu-lagu dangdut mereka mulai bergoyang yang dipandu oleh Instruktur Joget kelas wahid. Mohon joget ini jangan ditiru karena :
1. Joget senam ini mempunyai tingkat kesulitan tinggi kalau tidak hati-hati bisa patah tulang.
2. Joget senam ini telah dipatenkan jadi yang niru harus bayar royalti.
3. Joget senam ini hanya untuk orang mendem wedoan.

TERNAK LOVE BIRD DAN HASIL SILANGAN

Love Bird atau burung cinta adalah burung yang sangat unik, bentuknya mungil dan sangat lucu. Burung ini sangat menggemaskan, oleh karena itu tak heran jika banyak orng yang memelihara love bird. Disamping burung ini sangat menarik untuk dipelihara, burung ini juga menarik untuk diternakkan. Ini akan sangat mengiurkan dari sisi bisnis.

Cara Ternak Love Bird tidak sulit juga tidak terlalu mudah, Berikut kami sajikan tips praktis dalam beternak burung cinta atau love bird. Bagi peternak pemula yang perlu di perhatikan adalah kemauan untuk belajar dengan para peternak love bird lain yang sudah berhasil. Keberadaan guru akan sangat menunjang keberhasilan beternak love bird. Berikut ini tipsnya :

1. Bedakan Love jantan dan Betina.
Cara yang paling mudah untuk membedakan antara love bird jantan dan love bird betina adalah dengan meneliti bagian cupit yang terletak di bawah anus LoveBird . Kemudian kita raba, apabila lancip ,rapat dan keras maka kemungkinan besar itu adalah pejantan sedangkan kalau capitnya tumpul, lebar, dan lembek maka itu adalah love bird betina. Ciri yang lainnya adalah LoveBird Betina yang sedang Birahi akan mengumpulkanbahan bahan sarangnya yang di selipkan di bawah sayapnya sebelum di bawa ke kotak sarangnya. kalau membedakan berdasarkan paruhnya, Lovebird kita ambil yang seumuran dan kita lihat kalau paruh dari pangkal sampai ujung cenderung meruncing maka itu love bird Jantan tetapi kalau paruh cenderung melebar berarti love bird Betina.
Cara lain :
Jantan Bentuk badan cenderung lebih ramping dari betina Memiliki paruh yang cenderung lebih pipih Posisi kepala dan leher simetris Cara berdiri Love Bird jantan lebih tegak dari betinanya

Betina Bentuk badan lebih besar dari jantan, cenderung bulat Memiliki bentuk paruh yang melebar Memiliki leher yang pendek Bentuk dada terlihat lebih mengembang Jika dalam posisi berdiri cenderung tidak tegak


2. Cara Memilih Indukan LoveBird
Lovebird mulai produktif sekitar umur 7 bulan ke atas. Sedang yang sudah berumur 3 tahun keatas sudah kurang produktif lagi. Untuk pembelian Lovebird sebaiknya kita ke tempat peternak yang sudah terkenal akan kualitas love bird yang dijualnya.

3. Pemberian Pakan
Pemberian pakan yang berkualitas juga akan berpengaruh terhadap keturunan Love bird, banyak jenis pakan yang sering dipakai peternak adalah jagung muda, toge, sawi, kwaci karena pakan pakan tersebut bisa meningkatkan birahi Lovebird.

4. Penempatan LoveBird di Kandang
Dua cara beternak love bird yaitu dengan Kandang koloni atau individual sepasang dalam 1 Kandang. Kelemahan dengan sistem koloni adalah kita agak susah dalam melacak garis keturunan sedangkan secara individual maka kita lebih mudah melacak garis keturunannya. Kelebihan penempatan secara individual adalah lebih memudahkan kita bereksperimen untuk menemukan varian yang baru. Penempatan Lovebird adalah di Kandang kotak kayu dengan ukuran 80cm x 40cm x 40cm.

5. Persiapan Menjelang Reproduksi


Yang harus disiapkan adalah kotak glodok untuk bertelor dan mengerami. tempat glodok umumnya di buat dengan kayu, sedangkan bahan sarang terbuat dari kulit jagung yang sudah dikeringkan. Telur love bird biasanya berkisar 4-6 butir. masa mengerami Love Bird adalah selama 21 sampai 23 hari. setelah burung menetas induk jantan dan betina akan menyuapi anaknya secara bergantian. Sekitar umur 6 sampai 8 mingggu anakan mulai keluar dari sarangnya. setelah anakan Lovebird bisa makan sendiri maka ambil anakan love bird dan pisahkan dari induknya supaya induknya bisa kembali bereproduksi. Apabila indukan tidak mau Meloloh atau menyuapi anaknya maka segera ambil anakan kemudian kita suapi sendiri. Pembuatan kotak untuk anakan adalah berukuran 40cm x 40cm x 40cm di lengkapi lampu bohlam 5 watt untuk menghangatkan anakan Lovebird. suapi anakan Lovebird setiap 2 jam sekali dengan bubur bayi SUN kacang hijau. tingkat kekentalan bubur di sesuaikan dengan umur anakan, semakin dewasa maka bubur yang kita berikan semakin kental. Setelah anakan berumur 3 atau 4 minggu kita mulai latih dengan memberikan makanan lain sperti buah-buahan, sayuran, millet dan makanan lainnya.
